Purchase order and approval software
Most companies already have an approval process. It runs on WhatsApp. The owner gets a photo of a quotation at 11pm, replies "ok", and three weeks later nobody can find which quotation the ok was for, or whether the amount changed after it.
The system here moves the approval into the order itself. A discount beyond a limit, or a payment beyond a limit, stops the order until the right person approves it in the system, and the approval sits on the order's timeline with a name and a time.
Where it usually breaks

A discount is approved verbally, the salesperson enters a bigger one, and the difference is found at month end.

The owner is the only approver, so the business stops when the owner is travelling, or everyone learns to go around the step.

A rejected request is re-sent with a different amount until it goes through, and no one can see the sequence afterwards.
In production
From Onsite ERP. The order system for OnSite Rentals, an event-equipment company with six branches. Quotations, approvals, stock by date, challans, returns, invoices and payments in one place, with a different view for each role. In use since April 2026.
Two approvals, with limits the owner sets
Orders above a limit wait for the owner. Any advance waits for accounts to confirm the money has arrived. Both limits are settings, not code.
Money with a paper trail
Salespeople request payments, write-offs and bill adjustments; accounts approve or reject with a reason. Customers can carry a credit limit. Every order shows what has been collected.
Notifications that reach the phone
An approval needed, an order accepted, a delivery made, a payment recorded: each reaches the right people as a push notification on their phone. Broadcasts go to a role or a branch, and every order has its own message thread.
